📦 SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

We currently ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.

Standard Shipping - 2 to 8 business days

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $59

Australia Wide Standard FLAT RATE - $9.99 for orders under $58

Express Shipping - 1 to 4 business days

FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $179

Australia Wide Standard FLAT RATE - $13.99 for orders under $178

🌏 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, Oohganics ships to the UAE and New Zealand

- UAE - Standard shipping cost of 25$ for all orders
- New Zealand - Shipping to New Zealand is based on weight for both Standard and Express Shipping Starting from $12.95 for standard shipping

📮 TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
If you haven’t received your tracking email within 3 days, please contact us at hello@oohganics.com.au

🕓 ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

- - Orders are processed within 1 business day from the time your order is placed, it will be processed the same day if you order before 2pm and after 2pm will be processed the next day
Orders placed on, fridays after 2pm, weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

We use minimal, eco-conscious packaging that is recyclable or compostable whenever possible. Our goal is to deliver your products beautifully and responsibly.

🛑 DELIVERY ISSUES

Oohganics is not liable for lost, stolen, or undelivered parcels where tracking confirms delivery.
Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout. We cannot redirect parcels once they are dispatched.
If your order is delayed or arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos and order details so we can assist.
